About the colt:
Mithril CH is exactly what we hoped for with the crossing of his two parents. His sire's athletic build but also beautiful chiseled Arabian looks coupled with his dam's wide and muscular substance has created an elegant, sensitive horse who will be a perfect mount as a hunter, where form matters. He has plenty of power, make no mistake about that! But he is just fluid grace over the fences, with impeccable form. He is gorgeous to look at too, with his more refined Arabian influenced face but clear cross breeding for a superior sport horse. He's mannerly and intelligent too, which also bodes well for his show career as a stallion.
About the sire and dam:
Mithril CH's sire is our outstanding Russian/Polish stallion HOF Morpheus CH++++/. This incredibly athletic horse has more than proven himself as a show horse, earning eight National Championships in halter, in-hand, and as a hunter/jumper, a World Championship, two AHA Year End Awards, and Arabian Champion plus three Warmblood books awarded at the 2016 WBA evaluations. He's proven himself as a sire too, with a notable Hanoverian foal already on the ground and outstanding Arabian get too. His daughter Supernatural CH++++/ is a five time halter and performance National Champion with two AHA Year End Awards.
Mithril CH's dam is our lovely Edelweiss M. Notably, she's given us the outstanding Hanoverian/Nocturne Warmblood filly Fedelfeuer CH who started under saddle in 2020 and is already a twice WBA National Champion dressage horse. Edelweiss' grandparents were imported from the game HB/HP circa 2005, though their own parents and themselves were successful in that game as far back as 1999. Unfortunately that information is now lost, but in their time in HF (cut short due to owner leaving) they established themselves as commendable dressage horses. Every Polished Society was a decorated Fourth Level competitor, and Ai'tinu was a Champion Hanoverian mare being pointed at Eventing who competed at the Preliminary level before her owner left.
