After a few months of inactivity on our part do to various things going on farm wide and world wide, Bavenwood Farm is happy to announce a herd dispersal. We plan to get back to basics in a sense! Go back to what Bavenwood was originally started for....Sporthorses!! After most of our non-sporting herd is dispersed, we will be working on adding to our Warmbloods and Sporthorse types and work towards having a considerable more manageable show string to deal with! The staff are all sad to see the non-sporty horses leave, but are excited for the future and are prepared for the turn over! And with the reduction of our horse numbers brings about the possibilities of holding Sporthorsel shows once again!! We're hard at work revamping the outdoor arenas, indoor arena, round pens and other horse related equipment. Our barns are even getting a facelift with new paint, roofing and moss removal!!
With spring in full swing, the show season has hit with vengeance. Our horses are eager to show their stuff and ready to reach new heights in their individual disciplines. We also have our newest stars who will be entering the show ring soon enough!! Our newest prospects look super promising and we can't wait to show them off!! We're pretty excited and eager to see what the future holds for us!! I have had visions of standing outrageously gorgeous and talented Stallions to the public. Holding Sporthorse sales and/or auctions. Of . Breeding the next best thing for the Dressage ring or Eventer! Big things will be happening from here on out! Here's hoping for a prosperous future for Bavenwood Farm!
