Aiden ICF2004 Hanoverian stallion, bay 16.0hh Sire: Anabaillo (AMARILLO x WINBOE) Dam: Gabriena (GRAF LANDAU x SMERALDA) Training: Intermediare I Dressage The Committee Adoptee"Aiden" is easily excitable, but always gentle in manner when relaxed. He can be a handful only because he doesn't seem to realize his own power, so he needs a firm and confident handler. We hope to apply this power and intense energy in a positive manner on the jump course when he matures, as he seems to have really inherited some power from both his dam and his sire, who are both talented jumpers (although mom is retired to brood, and dad competes in eventing). Aiden will surely prove his worth when he matures! About the Sire: ANABAILLO is a chestnut SIM Hanoverian stallion owned by Ivia International Sporthorses. He is part of our eventing string. Not only is he quite the athlete himself, but he is sired by AMARILLO, who's sire is ARSENIK, producer of grand prix jumpers. His damsire is WINNETOU, a black Hanoverian stallion imported to the US as a weanling and now ranked one of the best stallions standing in the American Warmblood Registry, and was commented by the judges (both European and American alike) to be "the best they'd seen in the States." He consistanly produces both show jumpers and dressage horses alike, with large frames, beautiful movement, and an even temperament. About the Dam: GABRIENA is a bay SIM mare who owned by Ivia International Sporthorses. She has no formal training prior to her arrival with us and has been in our broodmare band (and thus has not received much training from us, either), but she possesses a powerful natural jump. She is sired by GRAF LANDAU, a stallion who was imported from Germany to Queensland, Australia by the owners of Kinnordy Stud. He has produced dressage horses and show jumpers alike, and is by GENEVER, considered by many to be one of the best stallion sons of GOTTHARD by producing several of his own international level show jumping progeny. Her dam is by SILKY BABY xx, the Thoroughbred imported from the US to Australia to breed Hanoverian mares. SILKY BABY xx is sired by WHAT A PLEASURE xx and possesses a pedigree of very successful racers, giving the necessary speed for cross country and show jumping.
