 MYS Dirthmil - 2008 Thoroughbred Stallion, Grey (Limehouse x WEC Mint Condition) Flat Racing (Dirt Sprinter/Miler) Buybacks to Sunni - COMMENTARY - We got this handsome fella from Sunni of MYS as a Secret Santa gift in 2011. He's been a pretty consistent runner for us while he's raced for the past 2 years, and he continues to amaze us. He's never gotten worse than 5th under our colors and will be retiring at the end of 2013 to stand at stud to our lovely mares and possibly to the public as well. We've had 2 great years of racing him, but with him getting up in age, we decided it was time for him to enter the breeding phase of his life. He's been a total blast to race, winning some pretty awesome races including the Ancient Title Stakes in 2012, the Palos Verdes Handicap in 2013, and running a game 2nd in the Breeder's Cup Sprint in 2012, and a 4th in the Dubai Duty Free in 2013. He's had one heck of a career and goes out with a final 5th place in the Spend A Buck Handicap. He'll be entering stud in 2014 and be siring the next generation of BWF bred racers!! |
